Family
Kate has a small, but well off family. Her father is an architect, while her mother stays at home, only leacing the house to shop or meet with friends. Kate has one sibling, a younger sister, Bianca who is eleven years younger.

History
Kate has been spoiled and doted upon since she was a baby. When her mother fell pregnant with her, one of the largest rooms in the house was converted into a nursery, and another near by was converted into a room, just for Kate as a baby. Her father s a successful architect, while her mother is a stay-at-home mother. Plus a large some of inheritance money came from Kate's great-grandfather. Having her mother around all the time since she was born has meant Kate grew up relying on her mother. She is very close to her mother, and they share everything. When she was a child, Kate's mother introduced her to clothing, and taught her the best ways to dress, good manners, and the best etiquette for her to use and expand on as she grew up.

When Kate was seven, her father became a partner in a group of architects in America. Which meant Kate's family had to uproot and move to the USA. A home had already been found for them, and as time drew on, Kate's father expanded on it. The move for Kate was quite a big step, and something her mother called character building. Her mother never believed in Kate being kept away from other children, so she was sent to school so she could grow social skills. The problem with this in America was that Kate did not speak English very well. She had been learning since she could speak, but in comparison to the American children she went to school with; she was still very foreign sounding. Which resulted in her being teased and bullied for coming from a different place. Kate would often come home in tears, because of the bullying she received. When this happened the fifth time, Kate's mother went into the school and threatened to withdraw Kate if something wasn't done. The bullying quickly stopped, and Kate's English gradually became much better, until her Greek accent was practically undetectable.

In high school, Kate discovered her talent. Not only was she a born shopper, as she found out after out-shopping her mother a week before she started high school, but she had a good eye for colour, designs, and she had a natural talent for sewing. Kate's mother and father embraced her talent, setting up a sewing room for Kate in their home. It wasn't long before Kate was wearing her own designs to school, and being paid by other students for shirts and trousers of similar designs. This kept Kate very busy during her mother's pregnancy, which ended in Kate's younger sister, Bianca.

Even though Bianca is much younger than Kate is, Kate loves looking after Bianca, and making clothes for her to wear. Kate dotes upon her sister, and loves her family, and she loves being surrounded by people. Her bad habit is that she sometimes seems a little self absorbed and only looking out for herself. Which is a misconception; a lot of the time, she doesn't realise she's doing it.
