Family
Spencer comes from a large and noisy family. His father, Guy works as a head chef, so Spencer doesn't see his dad much, but his influence is obvious in his son as Spencer knows how to cook. His mother, Ursula, currently on maternity leave usually works part time as a medical receptionist. Spencer is the eldest of their children being eighteen. He has two younger sisters, Hayley aged fifteen and Amy, aged nine weeks. S also has three brothers, the twins Callum and Noah, both aged eleven and his youngest brother Stephan aged five.

History
Spencer loves spending time with his family. No matter what's going on in his life, since he was a kid, he's always made time to spend it with his family. He has tight family ties, and tries (though has, on occasionan failed) to be there whenever they need him. He's never been one of care much about attention, who its on, or who's getting it. He was too young when Hayley was born to notice the attention change, and by the time the twins were born, he was old enough to be able to occupy himself. Since his brothers have become a little older and sturdier, Spencer's taken more to playing outdoor sports with them in their backyard.

As far as bad memories go, Spencer's never really had anything particularly scarring to contend with. There were a few humiliating moments in his childhood, in school; but they were never hugely mortifying. And once he entered high school, or all teasing stopped and he became something of an envied figure. He was seen as popular with all the cliques, and as Mr. Nice Guy, able to get on with anyone who he came across. Plus, he was able to placate impending fights, acting as the mature one; and seemed able to get any girl he wanted. From the head cheerleader, to the most rebellious girl in the school.

The problem, however with being Mr. Nice Guy quickly became apparent to Spencer that everyone would depend on him to sort out feuds, fights, and perfect strangers would approach him with their problems. And it wasn't that he didn't care, it was more that he didn't appriciate being depended on so heavily by people. At one point during an heavy exam and projects period, coming up to the end of the Junior year, Spencer suffered his first serious panic attack. He had experienced them before, usually at home in private, and had brushed them off as nothing to be concerned about. But when this occoured in school, it took everyone by surprise that Spencer too, lost composure, that he fainted in his class and woke up hours later in hospital. Needless to say, he took the remaining days of school off to recover.

Aside from his minor panic attack problem, which he says constantly is now under control, Spencer has a generally all around nice-guy kind of character. He has a good head on his shoulders, which reflects well in his school work, his music composing, and in strategic battle moves he makes in games with his brothers. He doesn't look like much of a thinker, but he's deeper, and more difficult to read than he first appears.
