Tulsimon are quite shy Digimon and they don't get see very often. Its not
unusual for them to be lurking in bushes spending time obsersing other Digimon, while the Digimon being observed has no idea
that they are there. Anyone who treats Tulsimon with kindness is someone they will take a shine to, so they'll often be seen to
bounce around after them

While Tulsimon can speak, and do to excess when around their own kind, when in the presence of another
Digimon they are unfamiliar with, they prefer to communicate with one another using growls and whines.
